Indeed. Mojitos are a lot of work, but they are delicious. You know you’re not going to want just one, so it’s best to make a whole pitcher of them at a time of you can. I would advise, however, getting the hang of making a single one properly before moving on to mass production. Getting the amounts just right can be tricky.

Bloody Mary
Ah, what better delivery device for the hair of the dog than the Bloody Mary, everyone’s favorite brunch accessory. I prepare mine in a blender, because I like to add salsa and unless you want bits of onion and pepper stuck in your straw you need to blend it up. Also, this is an easy way to mix it and make a bunch at once.
12 fluid oz. of V8
juice from 1 lime
1/4 TEAspoon...
